Once you receive the return label, carefully seal the package bac in its original packaging and attach the shipping label that was sent to you. Place the package in an appropriate shipping box with enough padding to ensure it does not get damaged on the return trip. Then take the package to the post office or a courier service as soon as possible. If you have any questions about the return process, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not, we are here to help.
Once we have received your order, you have 30 days to try it. If for any reason you are not obsessed with your order, you can simply email us at hello@splitflask.com to begin the return process.
We offer free shipping for orders over $60. For orders below $60, the shipping is typically $6-$8 depending on where you are in the US and $12-$24 internationally.

Absolutely, both compartments of the Splitflask can be used for either hot or cold beverages—they are completely interchangeable and perform equally well for both.
Each side is independently vacuum-insulated to prevent temperature loss or gain from either side. So you can carry:
- A hot beverage in both chambers,
- A cold beverage in both chambers,
- A hot beverage in one chamber and a cold beverage in the other chamber.

Splitflask stainless steel water bottles is dishwasher safe. However, hand-washing is recommended to ensure a longer lifespan and optimal performance of any stainless steel water bottle. If using dishwasher, be sure to place it in the top rack of your dishwasher and not the bottom.

The 40oz version does but the 30oz version not. In order to preserve the minimal design aesthetic, Splitflask 30oz does not come with a handle. However, we have developed a removable handle attachment accessory which will be available for purchase soon.
You bet! The Splitflak insulated tumbler's leakproof lids prevent any embarrassing beverage mishaps in your bag, backpack or car. We designed a no-spill, no-mix, no-stress tumbler lid.
While hand-washing is always recommended, most Splitflask insulated water bottles are dishwasher-safe. Simply remove the lids and any detachable components before placing them in the top rack of our dishwasher. If hand-washing, simply soak in warm soapy water and sue a soft bristle sponge to scrub and rinse thoroughly afterwards.
Make sure the middle strip of silicone at the bottom of your lid is perfectly lined up with the middle stainless steel divider in the cup. This will create a perfect seal between each chamber and prevent temperature transfer, allowing the temperature in each chamber to last longer.

This is typically due to some residual liquid on the exterior of your lid, trapped in the nooks and crannies of the straw and spout flaps. Make sure the exterior of your lid is wiped and dry.
Also make sure you have a perfect seal by aligning l the middle strip of silicone at the bottom of your lid perfectly with the middle stainless steel divider in the cup. This will also prevent temperature transfer between chambers, allowing the temperature in each chamber to last longer.
