Yes. Splitflask is safe for loose-bag transport when the lid is fully secured, both closures are completely shut, and the center seal is aligned with the chamber divider. Wipe away any liquid around the lid before packing it.

Yes. Drink-contact components are BPA- and BPS-free, and every current color/SKU uses the same tested materials.

Every 30 oz Splitflask comes with its dual straw-and-spout lid. The lid system is made with polypropylene, silicone, and Eastman Tritan™ copolyester. If you want a spare, shop an extra straw-and-spout lid.

Reports for current production components cover stainless-steel composition and California Proposition 65 lead/phthalates screening; applicable FDA 21 CFR material testing for polypropylene and silicone components; REACH SVHC screening; and VOC testing for the exterior UV coating. Eastman supplier documentation also supports the Tritan™ TX1001 lid material and cites representative third-party BPA screening.

The 30 oz Splitflask has a 3.02 in (76.7 mm) base diameter. Cupholder sizes vary, so compare that measurement with your vehicle for the best fit.

The 30 oz Splitflask has a streamlined, handle-free design. Check the product listing for currently available handle accessories and larger models.

Separate the lid and removable parts, then place them on the top rack of the dishwasher or wash them with warm, soapy water and a soft brush. Rinse thoroughly and let every component dry before reassembly.

Make sure the center silicone seal on the underside of the lid is aligned with the stainless steel divider. A complete seal reduces temperature transfer between chambers.

Fully close the straw and spout, dry any residual liquid around the lid, and align the center silicone seal with the chamber divider. If the issue continues, email hello@splitflask.com.

The straw-and-spout lid is included with every tumbler. You can purchase an extra lid. If a component arrived damaged or you cannot find the part you need, email hello@splitflask.com.
